This policy explains what happens to the information you give Season's Home Improvements through this website. Season's Home Improvements is run by Steve Trosko in Columbus, Ohio.

When you send the project form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, address or area, the kind of project and your message. We also receive the page you sent it from and, if the link you followed had them, campaign tags (UTM parameters) that say where the link came from.
The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Your browser may keep small technical files needed to show the pages.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you about your project: to call or email you, arrange a visit and prepare a price. We don’t sell your details or share them for marketing.
Where it goes
The form sends your details to the service we use to receive enquiries, or, if you choose, through your own email program to stevetrosko@yahoo.com. Those services store the message so we can read and answer it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk about, carry out and follow up your project, and for any records the law requires.
Your choices
